Hi, When I use Real Player it plays music ok but I cannot convert videos to mp3's etc. Originally when i had downloaded music from youtube I would click on the videos that i had downloaded, then I would select 'convert to' on the left hand side and at this point I would get the following message:
'Real converter has stopped working', A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.'
This used to happen often but now it happens all the time. Sometimes I get this message as soon as I click on videos.
I have tried uninstalling Real player several times but nothing seems to work!
Any offer of help or advise would be most welcome. Thanks.
